Communicating Design’s Value to Non-Design Stakeholders
When a common language on design’s value isn’t there to begin with, it has to be built from scratch. After a brief introduction to establish a shared vocabulary and understanding of the topic, this masterclass will help participants look within to deeply understand their communication style, current preferences for building trust, and how they frame UX's value to the organization. Participants will then explore, through exercises, their non-design leaders' communication style, how they "perform" trust, and what they know about UX. Participants will leave with actionable tools tailored to their unique needs and context.
Who is it for?
UX Leaders who report to non-design professionals (e.g., C-levels, Product Directors, business leaders) as well as senior professionals who evangelize UX in their organizations and frequently engage with senior stakeholders.
