Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the acquisition and use of tickets for the Leadership Ateliers events in Barcelona and Berlin during 2024 ("Event"). By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Ticket Tiers and Access

From January 9th, 2024, pre-registration opened with a €150 voucher valid for either event in Barcelona or Berlin.
This voucher was valid until March 1st, 2024, 00:00 CET. After this date, regular ticket prices apply.

2. Financial Transactions

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
If payment is not completed within seven (7) days of purchase, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Classes and Workshops

Ticket purchase includes access to classes and workshops at the Event.
Availability of specific sessions may be limited and is subject to change without notice.

4. Refund Policy

Tickets are fully refundable up to 30 days before the Event.
Within 30 days of the Event, refunds will only be granted with official documentation:
- A valid medical certificate (such as a doctor’s note or hospital confirmation), or
- An official certificate confirming the death of an immediate family member.
No other refund claims will be accepted.

5. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another participant up to 48 hours before the Event.
To request a transfer, contact info@leadershipateliers.com with the new participant’s details from the buyer's email address.
The organizer is not responsible for updating event-related materials that may not reflect the transfer in time, such as printed badges, certificates, or personalized documents.

6. Vouchers and Promotions

Vouchers may only be combined with early bird pricing, but not with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions.
Unless otherwise stated (such as flash sales or limited promotions), vouchers are valid until ticket sales for the respective event close.
Vouchers apply once per total group purchase and cannot be applied individually per ticket within the same order.

7. Event Schedule

The Event schedule, including classes and workshops, is subject to change.
The organizers reserve the right to alter content, timing, speakers, or venue without prior notice.

8. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.

9. Photography, Video, and Reviews

Photography and video recording will take place during the Event.
Media may be used by the organizers for promotional purposes, including on websites and social channels.
Participants may request removal of identifiable photos or videos by contacting info@leadershipateliers.com after publication.
Reviews collected during surveys are gathered with consent. Reviews may also be removed upon request, but are always collected and published in good faith.

10. Liability

Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.
The organizers are not responsible for illness, injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the Event.
Any liability of the organizers, whether contractual or otherwise, is limited to the ticket price paid.

11. Force Majeure

The organizers are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

In such cases:

Refunds will not be issued.
The Event will be postponed, and the ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If the Event is ultimately cancelled without a new date, ticket holders will be refunded.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes arising from or related to the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
