The creator of Hatch Conference, one of Europe’s top events for senior designers and the Berlin Product Design Meetups. A key personality of Berlin’s design events scene.

With a background of UX & Visual Design, he's dedicated to creating relevant experiences for designers across Europe.

Nat Di Pasquale

A design leader with over eight years of experience working across diverse e-commerce models, including B2B and B2C, with companies such as Pinterest, Vinted, Edenspiekermann, and DSGV. She’s passionate about improving team dynamics, streamlining processes, and building systems that empower teams to work smarter and more efficiently.

She's part of the Ateliers team running the Online Sessions every 45 days.

Clemence De Robert

Currently working as a Product Designer at Front, based in Barcelona but you may know her for her rol as MC at Hatch Conference.

She focuses on production and logistics for as well as facilitator management.

Kevin Hawkins

A UX Research & Design leader with 17 years of experience based in Barcelona, Spain. He loves to solve complex problems, delight users, and amplify business value. Currently designing the future of hospitality at Amenitiz.

He was a 3x startup founder, a product designer, and a tenured instructor. He is a gay, Liberian-American who focuses on building communities, scaling marketplaces, and mentoring. He also does interior design 👀.
