Facilitating this session:
Jen Scheerer is a design leader with over 16 years of experience building and directing award-winning teams and shaping digital experiences for large, global audiences. She currently leads design at The New York Times Games, overseeing an expanding portfolio of games and related experiences across web and app platforms, guiding her multidisciplinary design team to craft strategy and deliver delightful, useful experiences that foster joy and community.
Previously, Jen led digital design at Nickelodeon, where she helped establish and evolve engaging, first-in-class digital products and live experiences. Throughout her career, she has driven design excellence by pairing thoughtful strategy with a collaborative, people-centered leadership style, creating efficient and scalable design practices that enable teams to do their best work.
