Workshop
Design leaders spend so much time leading teams, influencing executives and shaping products that they often neglect shaping themselves as leaders. This session focuses on self-leadership as a strategic design challenge. Using practical frameworks, reflective exercises and semi-structured discussions with peers, you will explore how you operate and how you can better adapt yourself more intentionally. Shaping your own inner leadership architecture, so you can better serve the systems around you. The session draws on Jason’s infamous Shaping tools, his 21 years of design leadership across diverse contexts, and his coaching with design leaders like you for the past six years.
