Remote UX Leadership

How does leadership change with increasingly remote settings and new ways of working? This masterclass investigates the key differences between in-person and remote leadership and identifies the key drivers for the latter. We will build a basic toolkit for becoming a more effective remote leader navigating today's work environment and explore pointers for further learning. The masterclass will be built around real-world cases and practical exercises interspersed with the necessary theory.

About the Facilitator

Maximilian Speicher is a computer scientist, designer, researcher, and ring tennis player. Currently, he is Director of Product Design at BESTSECRET Group and cofounder of UX consulting firm Jagow Speicher. He's been in various leadership positions for the past 10 years. His interests lie primarily with novel ways to do digital design, usability evaluation, augmented and virtual reality, and sustainable design.
