Masterclass
Most cross-functional teams excel at collaboration, they often struggle with unclear ownership, decision-making, and conflicting metrics. Despite regular discussions about context, teams leave meetings thinking they have an understanding, only to discover diverging interpretations during execution—leading to slow decisions, eroded trust, and tension. This workshop helps teams move from coordination to genuine shared ownership, identifying accountability gaps, clarifying decision-making, and creating frameworks for collective responsibility.
Who is it for?
Design leaders, senior designers and product managers who want to shift from task completion to shared accountability.
Top 3 Outcomes

Define what “Outcome Ownership” really means, learn the difference between task and outcome co-ownership
#2
Decision rights and shared accountability, teams walk away with clear models for who decides what, how trade-offs are handled, and how accountability is held collectively
