Peer Circles: Coaching Design Leaders in the Age of AI

Amsterdam is not centered on workshops, it is a space for design leaders to learn directly from one another. Jasper and Marlene, both senior design leaders, will act as coaches and facilitators throughout the event. They will guide each segment, moderate conversations and share their experience when it adds value. During the Peer Circles, participants will engage in small group discussions grounded in real practices, followed by focused 1:1 exchanges. The coaches will be present to support meaningful dialogue, help groups go deeper and create the conditions for new perspectives and insights to emerge.

Jasper is a hands on craftsman at heart, 3 time Apple Design Award winner, with 20+ years of industry experience in creating digital products and mentoring people.

Co-founder of Darkroom, where we build principled, opinionated software to solve creative problems for the mobile photographer. Co-founder of dffrnt lab, leading a stealth innovation team building new digital products for a changing tech landscape. He's also a design and leadership mentor at GetYourGuide, and investor in Rise, Flow Money & SoulPicks.

Previously worked at Facebook as design manager, where he built over a dozen new products used by billions of people, while scaling design teams and managing world class designers. Co-founded Sofa, which built award winning products and brought together a worldclass team, as witnessed by the acquisition to Facebook in 2011.

Marlene Rosner is a Berlin-based UX design leader with more than a decade of experience crafting user-centric product experiences across travel, consumer, and tech brands. She is currently Senior Director of Global UX Design, Consumer Experience at HelloFresh, steering product design, UX writing, and user research to evolve the consumer journey.

Before HelloFresh, she built and led design teams at GetYourGuide, coaching product designers, content strategists, and researchers to deliver joyful, globally accessible travel experiences. Her career spans agency and startup contexts, including co-founding 1kdims UG and delivering branding and interface design for Edenspiekermann, Ada Health, and BonusBox.
