How to be a resilient leader: Leading in uncertain times
Being a design leader is often exhilarating yet, right now, it can also feel especially challenging. As the world around us becomes increasingly unpredictable, the quality of resilience — that ability to maintain equilibrium under pressure — is emerging as a critical skill for leaders at every level. And, for those in a position of design leadership, it's now more important than ever before. During this time of increased turbulence and challenge, the question to ask ourselves is not *how do we avoid stress and uncertainty* - because that’s nearly impossible to do. Instead, the question is: *How do we navigate and lead our teams through these challenges effectively, despite the turbulence? * Furthermore, how do we do this whilst maintaining connection to our own (as well as our team’s) well-being? In this workshop, we’ll take a look at leadership through a resilience lens, and explore the mindset, practices & emerging skills you need to become a more resilient leader.
