The Vice President of Global Design at Condé Nast since August 2021, leading a global team of over 60 designers, researchers, and content creators. She oversees design and UX for digital experiences across 22 brands including Vogue, The New Yorker, Wired, and Vanity Fair, focusing on advertising, e-commerce, and subscription products.
Prior to Condé Nast, she held senior leadership roles at The Telegraph as Creative Director and Product Design Director, managing large design teams and shaping subscription strategies. She also led digital design at The Times and worked earlier as a User Experience Architect at Karmarama and a Designer at Pentagram.
Nicola studied Graphic and Media Design at the University of the Arts London and is known for scaling design teams and harmonizing design systems while preserving brand uniqueness across multiple markets and platforms.
