Originally developed by psychologist John Holland for career counseling, the RIASEC Framework offers a powerful lens to understand individual strengths, motivations, and work preferences. In this introductory workshop designed specifically for design leaders, we’ll explore how the six vocational personalities—Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional—can shed light on team dynamics and personal leadership styles. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, participants will gain practical strategies to leverage RIASEC insights for building stronger, more cohesive design teams and fostering an environment of innovation.
