Jascha
Jascha is an experienced design leader and people manager with more than a decade of experience. He is currently a Design Manager at Booking.com, where he manages high-performing teams and leads high-priority strategic efforts. Throughout his career, he has directed and developed design organizations, driven design direction and strategy, and coached and mentored teams and individuals. He is passionate about the craft of design management, and actively involved in leadership communities.
