About the Course
The masterclass aims to equip young design leaders with the essential skills to transform conflicts into opportunities for creation. Exploring the nature of conflict, participants will uncover the triggers and root causes, as well as, understand the impact of unresolved conflicts on team dynamics, creativity, and stakeholder management. Leaders will have a chance to learn active listening techniques, including frameworks such as Nancy Klein's "Time to Think" and Nonviolent communication. Everything to make difficult conversations less scary!
