Katharina Koberdamm is a Design Consultant with over 15 years of industry experience. Her mission is to help companies establish a human-centered mindset and design-led approach. Katharina has developed the Design Leadership Framework, a management tool that supports design leaders to build strong and successful design teams. The framework has received praise in the design community, won the award for "Best Talk" at Intersection Conference, and was featured in the German design magazine PAGE.
